How are media language and intertextuality used in "burn the witch" to construct representations of groups, messages and values?

Points of analysis: - How do the scenes, mise en scene, signs, intertextuality represent certain groups (british people, nations etc), overall messages and values.

- Shelter is a charity for homelessness - close up-eye level, direct address - Direct Address creates a strong connection between the audience and and the person in the shot (equal connection) - Unusual placement of caption on top of the face, it is also transparents.
